How does it feel to be a part of history?!

We are all here exercising our 1^st Amendment Right to Free Speech as well as the Right to Peaceably Assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
And let me tell ya’ folks, I have some grievances to redress.

For the past two decades our elected officials have spent more money than they had to spend which as of September 24, 2008 had us at 9.7 trillion dollars in debt.  Now just 7 months later they have spent an additional 3 trillion dollars and have taken that number to more than 11 trillion dollars in debt.  Instead of taking the path of fiscal responsibility and learning from their past mistakes, they have taken on the attitude of an irresponsible child with their first bank account.  That attitude says, “I can’t Be Broke---I still have checks left”.  Now they have passed a new budget that will leave us more than 21 trillion dollars in debt in less than 5 years.  This debt is unsustainable; the interest payments alone will be higher than the total tax dollars collected by the IRS. 

This will bankrupt the United States of America and I say “No---Not on my watch”

On April 2, 2009, the work of July 4, 1776 was nullified at the meeting of the G-20 in London. The joint communiqué essentially announces a global economic union with uniform regulations and bylaws for all nations, including the United States. Henceforth, our SEC, Commodities Trading Commission, Federal Reserve Board and other regulators will have to march to the beat of drums pounded by the Financial Stability Board (FSB), a body of central bankers from each of the G-20 states and the European Union.

The mandate conferred on the FSB is remarkable for its scope and open-endedness. It is to set a “framework of internationally agreed high standards that a global financial system requires.” These standards are to include the extension of “regulation and oversight to all systemically important financial institutions, instruments, and markets…[including] systemically important hedge funds.”

Following is my letter to US Attorney Jeffery Taylor.  I wrote this letter to encourage him to look into the legitimacy of Barack Obama's Right to occupy the Office of the President.

It didn't take take the Dem's long to show their true color. YELLOW  The cowards are already attacking the 2nd Amendment.  President "O" is not even in office yet and HR-45 is set to be presented.  HR-45 intends to require massive licensing for owners of almost every gun.  I believe they left the BB Gun off the list but it will probably be in the final draft.  Read the WND story on it:

Slipping below the radar (or under the short-term memory cap), the Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list, even under the Bush administration when they knew full well it had no chance of passage (HR 1022, 110th Congress). It serves as a framework for the new list the Brady’s plan to introduce shortly.

I have an outline of the Brady’s current plans and targets of opportunity; we’re working on getting that news out ASAP after these ban lists and will probably be ready in the next few days. It’s horrific. They’re going after the courts, regulatory agencies, firearms dealers and statutes in an all out effort to restrict We The People. They’ve made little mention of criminals.

While drinking my first cup of coffee this morning, I scanned the headlines to find that Israel has launched an attack against the Hamas militants who have fired more than 300 rockets into Israel this past week.  As expected, the world media is condemning Israels actions as unjust.

Give me a break folks!  If you attack me, I am going to counter your attack regardless of who you are or think you are. In the same manor, I believe that Israel is justified in its use of force to protect its citizens.  In fact, I think they should adopt Ronald Reagan's philosophy on war and that is: "WE WIN, YOU LOOSE"  This whole "Proportional Response" line of thought is highly immoral and the only outcome is a prolonged conflict with many more casualties than would have occurred with an outright full scale attack similar to the Allied bombardment of Berlin during World War II. The purpose of an all out assault is to bring your enemy to its knees and break its will to fight, this is the only thing these people will understand. Destroy their weapons and soldiers until the only thing they have to fight with are sticks and stones.

It is tragic when civilians are caught in the crossfire but when the cowardly dogs hide under the children and use them for shields, there is no alternative.  If these Radical Islamic Zealots are so eager to meet their Allah then I say arrange the meeting!

Well America, YOU ASKED FOR IT!

Bailout, Bailout, and more Bailouts! Insurence, Banking, and now Auto Manufactures all in our governments hands.  Now doesn't that inspire HOPE! oh yes, CHANGE too!

In the words of Thomas Jefferson in 1802:

'I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.'

This morning while I was sitting in my deer stand, I began thinking about our future as Americans.  We are entering a transitional period as one president prepares to leave office while a new one prepares to lead the nation for the next four years.  I must admit that I never thought the American people would elect a Socialist president but apparently I was wrong. I am not sure the American people are ready for what is coming down the road.

One of the things our next president is in favor of is limiting our Second Amendment Right to bear arms.  As an avid hunter, this disturbs me a great deal.  How long will I be able to enjoy the simple pleasure of a morning hunt or for that matter, an afternoon target shooting?  From what I understand our next president plans to place huge taxes on the ammunition we buy, I am not talking about a 10 to 20 percent tax hike but a tax as high as 300 to 500 percent.  On top of this oppressive tax on ammunition, he plans to remove many of the guns now available from the market.  Mark my word folks, this attack on our Constitutional Rights will begin shortly after January 20^th 2009 when Mr. Obama takes control. 

If you are one of those who enjoy hunting or target shooting, be prepared to voice your opinion when the changes start happening.  The only thing that can stop this removal of our Constitutional Rights will be the voice of people like you and me. I will be one of those people screaming at the top of my lungs when this happens and I hope to find you screaming along side of me.

The unthinkable has happened.  The United States of America has elected a Socialist President.

 It is time for Real Americans to prepare for the coming storm.  The following is from an article I found this afternoon that makes sense in a surrealistic sort of way. The title of the article is "Surviving an Obama Presidency" from Giovanni's World.

The Boy Scouts get credit for this one. The best advice I can give right now is…”Be Prepared”!

If, and this is a very big if, Obama wins on Nov 4, we will need to plan ahead. So, I thought it would be a good idea to write something of a practical guide to surviving a Socialist/Communist leaning White House.

First and foremost… Buy guns, lot’s of them. When you study Obama’s ideas concerning gun ownership you start to notice a pattern. He says he believes in the right to legally own guns used for Sport, but start asking him about guns for protection and he starts to twist in the wind. I would expect him to push new sweeping laws concerning gun ownership to exclude any firearm deemed to be used for protection. Once that’s accomplished that Government would start a program whereby you will have to turn in all of your personal firearms. This is when the crap hits the fan! So, my idea is this… buy some guns of all makes a models, and plenty of ammunition to go with each (your gonna need it). Then hide as many as you can, while only leaving a Shotgun or two laying around the house. When the Feds come to get your guns let them have the shotguns. When they say…”we know you own a lot of registered weapons and we need those also”, just tell them they got stolen. When they ask if you reported them stolen you just say…”No, I didn’t”. And then drop it. Are you getting the idea here? Read more here.

The only thing I need to add to his article is that Americans need to set aside a good supply of non perishable food.  Store enough to feed your family for at least a year, 3 if you can.

As most of my regular readers know, I was dead set against the Bailout of our Financial Institutions.  I also firmly believe that this was a major step towards Socialism.  Regardless of my feelings or the feelings of most of the citizens of the United States, our government went ahead and instituted the 700 Billion dollar move towards Socialism.  One of the things they (our government) promised was transparency.  Well, let's talk about this for a minute. 

I found an article today that talks about the first of many "Deals" stemming from this Bailout.  As I expected, the details are kept secret.  I was under the impression that Transparency meant we would be able to see what was happening as the "Deals" were struck.  Apparently, I was wrong, the dictionary I use must be different from the one they use. Go Figure!

Another Benefit Package? You got it!  Our spend, spend, spend Congress is debating another 150 to 300 billion dollar Stimulus Package.  This along with our government's offer to bail out several banks in exchange for partial ownership of the bank brings to mind a statement General Jim Cash made on our Radio Show Thursday night.  He talked about three steps to Socialism.  Folks, ALL THREE OF THE STEPS ARE WELL UNDERWAY.

This article from the Houston Chronicle tells a story that the Main Stream Media wont touch.  Our Border Patrol Agents and Local Sheriff's Deputy's along our South Texas Border are under attack from drug smugglers and other elements intent on violating our laws.  This problem goes well beyond Illegal Immigration and is in fact an invasion of our national sovereignty.  Our agents have now been issued fully automatic weapons and given the authority to fire across our national border to protect themselves. Have you heard this on the evening news?  I didn't think so!

EDINBURG — Authorities in South Texas said today that they won't be intimidated by increasingly violent drug smugglers, announcing a larger Border Patrol presence and that more heavily armed deputies will be authorized to return fire across the Mexican border.

Operation "River Freedom Denial" will target areas along the Rio Grande in the southern tip of Texas where violence has risen lately with more ground and air resources, said Border Patrol sector chief Ronald Vitiello.

Standing with a Texas Department of Public Safety captain and the Hidalgo County Sheriff, Vitiello cited an exchange of gunfire between his agents and drug smugglers Monday and another incident this week of a smuggler ramming an agent's truck in making his escape.

Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino said the deputies he will assign to the operation along the river will all be issued fully automatic rifles and authorized to return fire.

"We are not going to be intimidated by the increased aggression," Trevino said.

He recalled an incident in 2006 when more than 300 shots were fired across the river at his deputies and Border Patrol agents. At that time he decided to pull his deputies back from the river for their safety.

Not this time.

"If fired upon we will respond in kind," he said.

I am in the process of organizing a Special Event from Make-A Statement Radio. On Sunday November 2nd at 2 o'clock in the afternoon(eastern), we will have a Special Edition of the Make-A-Statement Radio Show.  "Election 08, The Future of our Armed Forces Under Our Next President"  I have invited three of our retired military leaders to join us as we discuss the direction the United States Military will take under our next President.  The basis of this discussion will be; threats to the United States short and long term, our ability to confront these threats, and the ability of our two Presidential Candidates to deal with a military situation that could arise during their Presidency.  This will be a Round Table style discussion where a question or topic is presented and discussed by the panel.

We have already confirmed Brig. General Jim Cash and Maj. General Paul Vallely as members of our Guest Panel.  We are waiting on confirmation from our final guest before announceing his name.

As I sit here listening to the reports on the governments take over of several banks, the hair on the back of my neck begins to stand up.  I have been against this bailout from the word go!  This is Socialism pure and simple.  I am thankful that my Congressman Jeb Hensarling was smart enough to vote against it and I say THANK YOU.
